Stochasticity of the magnon parametron

The 'magnon parametron' is a ferromagnetic particle that parametrically excited by microwaves in cavity. Above certain threshold of the microwave power, bistable steady state emerges forms an effective Ising spin. We calculate dynamics magnon parametron as function applied magnetic field and temperature for interacting system, taking into account thermal quantum fluctuations. predict three dynamical phases, viz. stable spin, telegraph noise thermally activated switching, intermediate regime at lower temperatures correlated with significant distillible entanglement. These regimes operation are attractive alternative computing schemes.
